I have client who is hoping to find a partial lease for her horse on her small private farm. Very quiet atmosphere. Nice arena, and some fields to ride in. Beautiful barn, tack room, and clean!

The horse is a 17 hand, 7 year old, TB mare. Not hard to ride, but due to her age and an occasional young TB moment, she should have someone with experience. She is not Wild, sometimes slightly looky, but easy to redirect her attention. Not a western horse. Hunter jumper saddle available to ride in.

Located in western Longmont, near Rabbit Mountain.

Affordable lease fee. Hoping to find someone for 2 days a week.
Lessons once or twice a month with on-site trainer are a requirement. The owner loves her horse and wants to make sure all are happy and moving along smoothly.

I have a few horses available for partial lease. Beginner through advanced rider options. 2-3 day a week options. Affordable lease rates, and lessons available and encouraged. Located in Firestone, at Rancho Bella Rosa where we have two large outdoor arenas, and a nice large indoor as well. The horses are all currently in a hunter jumper program, up to date on medical needs, and well cared for, at a full care facility.

The pinto gelding is the beginner horse, Chestnut gelding is advanced beginner to intermediate, and the black mare is advanced rider only.
