I wanted to share a brief update and explain why I have had to cancel appointments recently.
Over the past week, my family has been facing several unrelated medical emergencies all at once.
My husband had a heart attack and had to be hospitalized in Loveland. Around the same time, my elderly cat Chanmin developed a neurological condition and was hospitalized at an emergency hospital in Boulder. She is now back home and improving, although she remains a little unsteady on her feet.
More recently, my dog Amber stopped eating for several days, and we are currently working with our veterinarian to determine the cause.
Thankfully, all three are now home. We still have some unanswered questions and follow-up care ahead of us, but I am grateful that they are all with us and receiving the care they need.
Because of these circumstances, I had to cancel several grooming appointments. I sincerely appreciate the kindness, patience, prayers, and understanding that so many of you have shown during this difficult time.
I am hopeful that I will be able to gradually return to some of the appointments already on my calendar.
