APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Please take a moment to review our appointment policies. 🤍
As my schedule is now more limited, every appointment is important. These policies help me protect my work hours, stay on schedule, and continue providing each dog with the time and attention they deserve.
🗓️ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
48 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED
Please provide at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice may be considered a late cancellation and may result in a fee or other scheduling restrictions.
Emergencies and unavoidable circumstances will always be considered individually. Please communicate with me as soon as possible.
🚫 NO-SHOWS
A no-show is an appointment that is missed without notice.
Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for your dog, no-shows may result in:
• A required deposit or prepayment for future appointments
• Loss of recurring appointment privileges
• Removal from the schedule after repeated occurrences
⏰ ARRIVING LATE
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
A 10-minute grace period is provided for unexpected delays. Arrivals beyond the grace period may result in:
• A shortened service
• Rescheduling
• A late-arrival fee
Please remember that arriving late affects the appointments scheduled after yours, so punctuality is appreciated.
🐾 PICKUP TIMES
Dogs must be picked up by closing time unless another arrangement has been made with me in advance.
Repeated late pickups may result in an additional fee and/or scheduling restrictions.
⚠️ THREE-STRIKE POLICY
I understand that life happens, and genuine emergencies will always be considered.
For repeated attendance issues:
1st occurrence: Friendly reminder
2nd occurrence: Formal warning
3rd occurrence: Loss of regular scheduling privileges
Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, late arrivals, or disregard for pickup times will result in removal from the schedule.
