Pups are 8 weeks old. They follow their sheep, watch the skies for birds of prey, bark at any threat and truly have their minds on guarding. They will start to go to their new farms in two weeks. It is always so sad when they leave, they are such a joy to watch as they grow into smart, happy little guardians. ❤️❤️❤️😍😍💕

Our delicious eggs come in many colours: green spotted, dark brown spotted, blue, turquoise, cream and all different shades of brown. All eggs start out white in colour; those that are laid in shades other than white have pigments deposited on them as the eggs travel through the hen’s oviduct. The color does not affect taste or nutritional value, however, most coloured egg layers are excellent foragers and do better in a pasture raised, free range environment than a white egg layer.

Come see for yourself at our egg stand across from 378 Penwell Road, at the end of Pleasant Grove in Long Valley.

A happy customer told us she always buys our eggs because she loves to see the chickens playing in the field. Pasture raised hens also produce healthier eggs, higher in vitamin D, Omega 3 and more vitamins and minerals. Visit our farm stand opposite 378 Penwell Road at the end of Pleasant Grove.
