Start taking lessons now get ready to join one of the biggest IEA Teams around at Lionheart Stables! We are pleased to host one of the biggest IEA Teams and one of the only Adult IEA Teams. We’re starting up soon!
With one of the best lesson programs in the state, Lionheart Stables is a full service equestrian facility located in the heart of picturesque Long Valley, New Jersey. Our facility hosts incredible amenities and opportunities for beginner riders to advanced competitors. We have the ability to host both young and older riders, recurring or returning clientele, from those looking to advance up the levels to competition or looking for a new, fun activity. Our widely-known lesson program is consecutively growing, with new riders each week and incredible horses. Our program runs all year and has plenty of availability to accommodate all of our riders when it best fits into their schedule! No matter your experience level, ability, or interests, we are proud to welcome you upon our team.
IEA, further as Interscholastic Equestrian Association, is an excellent opportunity for riders Grades 4th-12th to experience riding as a team activity and in a competition standpoint, without the extensive cost, commitment, or owning your own horse. With IEA, riders are given the opportunity to ride with riders around their age and experience level, advance in a supportive group setting, trail variations of horses, attend competitions near and far, AND gain school athletic credit!
At Lionheart Stables, we are proud to host a family-friendly community for all to love and enjoy. Each and every week, we host exciting events and group activities for our children to enjoy, and we take pride in all our facility has to offer. We have built our team from the ground up as a no drama, supportive and kindhearted team in a positive, comfortable environment. When school becomes difficult, our facility welcomes you in with open arms and gives your child a place to be a part of a family and a team.
The Equestrian sport is an excellent way for children to develop a passion for something they enjoy, all while working on responsibility amidst a group of riders alike.

🦁Two incredible trainers that boast years upon years of experience in disciplines from Hunter/Jumper to Dressage to Western Pleasure. Both have grand experience riding and competing and training riders of all levels. Our trainers are patient, understanding, and share the ability and aspirations to bring you to the level you wish to be at
🦁Kind hearted, helpful and educated staff and working students who are trustworthy and experienced of many years to help our riders enjoy their experience in a positive and supportive manner
🦁Over twenty show quality horses available to be ridden and learned upon. Riders are encouraged to ride varying horses to gain experience. All of our mounts are safe, talented, and incredibly experienced, hoping to help you achieve that next level
