Meet Callie! 💕

Callie is a very playful and energetic little firecracker who loves being around people and always wants to be part of whatever you’re doing. She has tons of kitten energy and can turn just about anything into a game!

Callie has been introduced to both the cat and dog in her foster home, and she thinks they’re the best thing ever! She just wants to play with them all day and would love a home with a furry friend who can keep up with her playful personality. 🐾

Work from home? Callie would be thrilled to be your official office assistant! 💻🐱 She’ll happily “help” you work on your laptop, supervise your emails, and make sure you’re never working alone.

ADOPT MISTY! 🐭

This beautiful 4-month-old girl was found by a good samaritan running around downtown El Segundo lost and afraid. When the person approached her with food, all she wanted was love and jumped right into her lap 😭

Even though she was dumped, she hasn’t let that change her incredibly sweet personality. Misty is what we like to call a “cat-dog” — she’s loyal, smart, affectionate, and completely devoted to her people. Her favorite place is wherever you are, whether that’s curled up in your lap or snuggled right beside you. She truly just wants to be close and loved.

Misty is ready to leave her rough start behind and find a forever home of her very own. Please apply to learn more. Misty will be delivered fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, flea treated, and snap tested 🩷

ADOPT MILO!!!

Milo has been the cat with us longest at the rescue. This special boy is overlooked and deserves a home 🐼

Milo loves to follow you around and be a lap cat. He must cuddle with you in bed at night. He is in the process of being harness trained and is very motivated to learn with treats. He would make an excellent Emotional Support Animal as he is eager to learn and comes when you call him. He does not seem to be bothered by dogs big or small. Loves everyone who comes through the door and adores children. Milo is indoor only (unless he is on leash or in the stroller) up to date on vaccines, fixed, estimated to be 1.5years old.

Meet Bonnie & Clyde! 🐾

Bonnie is our sweet little tortie-super playful and always ready for her next adventure. She’s never met a tunnel she didn’t like! She’s definitely a “fly by the wisp of her tail” kind of kitten, but once playtime is over, she becomes a little cuddle bug who loves to sleep right against your neck.

Clyde is Bonnie’s protective brother. He’s more cautious and needs to inspect every person, place, and thing before joining in. But once he’s made sure everything checks out, he’s your new bestie!

Together, Bonnie and Clyde are the perfect mix of playful, cautious, cuddly, and completely lovable. 💕

🐾 MEET OUR FLUFFY FIVE! 🐾

These five adorable 6-week-old fluff balls were saved from the euthanasia list at SEAACA in Downey and are now safe, thriving, and getting ready to find their forever families! 💕 Each one has a BIG personality packed into a tiny body:

🌸 Poppy — The Fearless Leader
Rambunctious, curious and always ready for an adventure! Poppy is the first to climb out and explore, the most talkative of the bunch, and SUPER playful. She definitely runs the show. 😂

🖤 Sesame — The People Person
Sesame is a little chatterbox and a HUGE cuddle bug. She’d rather hang out with her humans than her siblings and loves curling up on a cozy blanket when she’s ready for a nap.

🐾 Licorice — The Zoomie Snuggler
One minute he’s racing around with a serious case of the zoomies, and the next he’s passed out in your lap. Licorice is playful, incredibly sweet and absolutely loves being held.

🫒 Olive — The Ultimate Cuddle Bug
Sweet, slightly clumsy and ridiculously lovable. Olive will talk to you until you pick her up—and that’s exactly where she wants to stay! Her favorite sleeping spots are someone’s arm, shoulder or chest. She’s the cuddliest of the bunch. 🥹

🌲 Forest — The Little Comedian
Forest is HILARIOUS. He can entertain himself with absolutely nothing—sometimes literally playing with the air. 😂 His questionable choice of sleeping accommodations includes the litter box, but pick him up and he’ll immediately start purring before falling asleep in your arms.

Five tiny lives that could have ended at the shelter are now getting the chance they deserve. ❤️ They’re safe, loved and will soon be ready for their forever homes!

Right now, Callie is also going through her adorable little “everything must be bitten” phase 😂 Legs, feet, you name it! Her foster family is keeping her busy with plenty of toys to help redirect all that playful energy.

Meet Rosie 🌹!

Sometimes, the cats we are meant to save make the decision for us. Rosie was discovered during a TNR session at an auto repair shop, but there was no trapping required for this little girl. She walked right up to me, jumped into my arms, and happily purred the entire way back to my car. It was pretty clear Rosie was ready to leave life on the streets behind.

Now safe in foster care, Rosie has proven to be one of the sweetest, friendliest kittens you could ever meet. She loves everyone, including children, and will happily curl up in her foster’s arms and fall fast asleep. She is easygoing, affectionate, and seems completely unfazed by just about anything.

Maybe that is because Rosie experienced so much while living outside. Whatever the reason, one thing is certain: she will never have to fight for survival again.

Rosie is ready for a forever family where the only thing she has to worry about is whose arms she is going to fall asleep in next.

Meet Nutter Butter’s eight adorable babies: Chimi, Garbanzo, Peanut, Pebble, Tapioca, Truffle, Tuna, and Ziti!

Born outside in Long Beach to their beautiful mama, Nutter Butter, these little ones got a rough start to life, but they are now safe, loved, and ready to find their forever families.

This litter may be petite in size, but they are BIG on personality! Each of the eight has their own unique quirks, preferences, and charm—from playful and curious to sweet and snuggly. No two are exactly alike, which makes this little family extra special.

Our 2nd Annual Kitten Yoga was a HUGE success! 🧘‍♀️🐱💕

Today’s class was completely SOLD OUT, and we could not have asked for a better turnout! Our kittens soaked up all the attention, interrupted plenty of yoga poses, and most importantly several found their forever homes! 🏡🐾

We were also so excited to have so many people interested in becoming fosters. Every new foster home means we can say YES to another cat or kitten who needs us. ❤️

A HUGE thank you to YogaSix Long Beach for once again opening your doors and hosting this special event, and an extra special shoutout to Yoga with Sarah Luree , my absolute favorite yoga teacher, for generously donating her time today to teach our class. We appreciate you both so much for supporting our rescue and helping us save more lives! 🧘‍♀️🐾

And thank you to everyone who came out, supported our rescue, loved on our kittens, and made our second annual Kitten Yoga such an incredible success.

We are already looking forward to next year when we can do it all again! 🐱💕 ❤️
