Today we pause to honor and remember the brave heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedom. We are forever grateful for their courage, service, and sacrifice.

On this Memorial Day, we also recognize and honor the countless animals who served alongside our military throughout history — including an estimated 8 to 10 million horses, mules, and donkeys, more than 1 million dogs, and over 100,000 carrier pigeons. Their loyalty, strength, and service played an important role in supporting troops and saving lives. 🐾

From all of us at Romeo’s Pad, we wish everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day spent with loved ones — including your furry family members.
