I have the BEST news ever!! Lil Red and Diamond got adopted today!! And yes, they are staying together!! They have a fur brother, too, that already adores them. I spent 2 hours there just visiting and watching the girls get settled in. I can't be happier about this adoption!! (Yep, they already claimed the bed! Lol)

I want to thank everyone that bought dog food these last couple of weeks. With zero donations coming in, these bags of food are desperately needed. If you missed the previous post about getting food from the local feed store, see the pic below. Orders can be called in and I can pick up or the feed store has offered to deliver. I'm a firm believer in trying to keep things local and support small businesses! Any questions, just comment below!

I've got some exciting news!!! The local feed store here in Lone Oak, which has always been so supportive of the rescue, is now taking dog food orders for HCPA. I can pick up any orders, or Chris has also offered to deliver to help out. I have already been feeding this food to the dogs, and they are doing very well on it. These prices are comparable to what we have been paying at the farm stores in the area. It is cheaper than most foods purchased through Chewy, and it supports the local small business.

RIKKI looks good in AI. Lol She is a cutie in real life, too! She's still waiting on her fur-ever family. She is good with dogs and other cats and loved attention. Do you have a place in hour home and heart for her? Adoption fee is $50.
