It’s hard to believe that something that once felt like a distant dream is now celebrating its third anniversary.
Three years ago, I took a leap of faith and started Confident Canine with one goal - to help people build better relationships with their dogs through clear communication. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with over 100 dogs and their owners, and every single one has taught me something along the way.
Building a business from the ground up is not easy. You’re not just the dog trainer - you’re the customer service representative, the marketing team, the bookkeeper, the social media manager, and everything in between. The long days, the inconsistent schedule, and the sacrifices often go unseen, but being able to do what I love every day has made every challenge worth it.
To every client who has trusted me with their dog’s training, thank you. Trusting someone else with your dog isn’t easy, and the fact that you’ve chosen me to be part of that journey is something I’ll never take for granted. Watching your dogs grow, gain confidence, and strengthen their bond with you is the reason I keep doing this!
And to my wonderful husband, thank you. Thank you for believing in me long before this business became what it is today. The first two years came with a lot of uncertainty and a schedule that changed constantly, but you never stopped supporting me or encouraging me to keep going. There were plenty of moments where this dream would’ve been a lot easier to give up on, but you never let me.
Three years later, I’m still just as passionate about helping dogs and their owners as I was on day one. I’m incredibly proud of how far Confident Canine has come, and even more excited for where it’s going. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making this dream possible💙
