We have a contract on our farm and will be moving to Florida to retire into a WONDERFUL resort-style community where we will have continuing care for the rest of our lives, whatever level we need - independent, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. We'll be less than a mile from the beach! We will greatly miss our horses and friends we've made through 42 years of living in Georgia, but it's time to make this big change in our lives.

High Flight Farm's next sale......... WAIT!!!!! Those aren't pictures of tack and horse things! Those are pictures of....... LOTS of furniture!!

Come see us for tack AND furniture on Friday, May 13 (it'll be your lucky day!) and Saturday, May 14, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. Saturday is also the Mallards Landing Spring Fly In with a ton of airplane fun at the runway! If you plan to partake of any food at the Fly In, please bring your own covered dish specialty to share!

Okay, y'all have been waiting for more hints concerning the unique opportunity regarding the 3 horse pictures that I posted! I've been so busy prepping for this gigantic sale I'm having, I apologize for leaving you "hanging"!

Here's the scoop. When you come to the sale, these three horses will be showcased in the main barn where the sale is. You'll receive specific information regarding each horse. If you are interested in a horse after finding out more about him or her, please send me an e-mail to [email protected] before Sunday, May 1st explaining why I should choose YOU to be the next owner of one of these horses. I'll read all of the applicants' e-mails and if I think you are the best match for the horse, I will contact you by Saturday, May 7 at which time you may purchase that horse from me for $1.00. Yes, $1.00.

These horses have been with me since they were six months old. They are each registered. One is a Hanoverian gelding, one is an Oldenburg mare, and one is an Appaloosa mare without spots. They are each unique to each other and unique in what they can offer to you. Please come meet them! It will be worth the drive!!!

We have a 1997 F-350 diesel that we MAY be selling at the tack sale tomorrow and Saturday, and a 2004 custom Trail-et Windshadow Eventor two horse straight load trailer. Yes, the odometer on the truck is correct - UNDER 60,000 miles!
