Crossing Paths Animal Rescue We are located in Alabama and transport to VA, MD & PA! The dogs that we work with are abandoned and, otherwise, have very little hope of rescue.

We are a dedicated group of volunteers who are passionate in our mission of rescuing abused, neglected, and abandoned dogs and helping them find their forever loving homes! We are a small group of volunteers who work to find good, loving ‘forever’ homes for as many homeless dogs as possible. We have a large network of volunteers in Blount and Jefferson Counties, families who are willing to give th

ese dogs a safe, temporary home. The Yardley location in Bucks County, Pennsylvania serves as a satellite of Crossing Paths in Alabama. Our function is to bring awareness of the availability of these wonderful dogs to folks in PA and neighboring states and to facilitate adoptions in the Northeast where there is more demand for these highly adoptable dogs. Dogs which are adopted to people in the Northeast are transported every 2-3 weeks to various locations in Pennsylvania, and Maryland and stops along the way. Periodically, we sponsor adoption events at local pet stores for which we bring up dogs of various ages, sizes and breeds.

Heartworm treatment saves lives🌟🐾

The dogs pictured on our first slide are just a few of the heartworm-positive dogs we have treated in the past month alone. Each year, our rescue takes in 20+ heartworm-positive dogs, making treatment a significant and ongoing medical expense.

Now, Jessie, Woody & Bo Peep need their chance at a healthy, heartworm-free future. We are asking for your support to help cover the cost of their lifesaving treatment.

Any funds raised beyond the cost of their care will go directly toward heartworm treatment for future dogs in need.

Every donation helps us continue providing this

A huge THANK YOU to Dog Is My CoPilot for the tremendous work they do to help save lives! 🐾✈️❤️

We are incredibly grateful to have them as a partner in rescue. Their dedication to transporting animals to areas where they have a greater chance of finding loving homes plays such an important part in the lifesaving work we do.

We also want to give a very special thank you to our amazing employees who show up for those early 2 AM dog load-ups and make the commute to the airport to get every pup safely on their way. Those long, sleepless mornings don’t go unnoticed, and your dedication is a huge part of making these lifesaving journeys possible! ❤️

Every flight represents new opportunities, new beginnings, and more lives saved. We truly couldn’t do it without the incredible people and partners who make it all happen.

Charlie has the biggest smile because we just told his friend Charlotte that she’s ADOPTED! 🥹❤️ And as you can see, Charlotte is pretty happy about it too!

Charlie is thrilled for his friend, but he’s hoping his turn is coming next. 🏡🐾 This handsome 5-year-old Lab mix is about 50-60 pounds and a true gentleman—he even knows sit AND shake! 🤝

Charlie is ready to smile this big when we tell him, “You’re adopted!” Who’s going to make his wish come true? 💙
