Chisholm Tails Dog Daycare

10/03/2026

Rainy days at Chisholm Tails hit a little different. 😂🌧️🐾

Before daycare: Great Pyrenees.
After daycare: Swamp monster. 😂

That smile says she has absolutely no regrets about a single puddle she found today.

We’ll worry about the mud later. Today, we PLAYED. 💜🐶

🐿️ Well… this wasn’t on the daycare schedule today! 😂

This little baby squirrel took an unexpected tumble into the play yard at Chisholm Tails. Thankfully, we spotted him before any of our four-legged guests did! 🐶👀

We scooped him up, gave him a safe, warm place to rest and recover from his big adventure, and once he was feeling better, we released him back outside. ❤️🐿️🌳

Apparently, at Chisholm Tails, we take “all animals welcome” a little too seriously. 😂💜

Another tiny life safely back where it belongs!

🤫🐾 The secret is OUT!

Word around the dog park is that Chisholm Tails is THE place to be! 🐶💜

Apparently, these three couldn’t keep it to themselves… unlimited playtime, best friends, pool parties, and plenty of treats are just too good not to share. 😂

Don’t let your dog be the last to know!

Update: mama dog has found a home. Hooray!

🐾 MAMA DOG NEEDS A HOME! 🏡❤️

Mama is a sweet Cattle Dog mix looking for a foster home—or, even better, her forever family!
And this girl has a lot going for her: Mama is good with people, kids, AND other dogs! 🥰🐶 She’s spayed and up to date on her shot.

Mama is staying with us at Chisholm Tails until next Saturday, and we would LOVE to see her leave here for a home instead of going back to the shelter. 💜

Her heartworm treatment requires about a 6–10 week commitment, and her food, crate, and treatment are provided for anyone willing to foster her.

🏡 Interested in fostering or adopting Mama? Please contact the Lockhart Animal Shelter.
And PLEASE SHARE! Mama has already raised her babies—now it’s her turn to be somebody’s baby. ❤️🐾

Apparently someone decided waiting for a ride to daycare was for amateurs. 😂🐾

This little criminal ran away from home and showed up at Chisholm Tails all by herself—and was patiently waiting at my car door when I opened this morning. 😂

Ma’am… you cannot just check yourself into daycare.

But judging by that face, she has ZERO remorse and would absolutely do it again. 💜🐶

⭐ Escape skills: 10/10
⭐ Navigation skills: 10/10
⭐ Decision making: questionable
⭐ Commitment to daycare: unmatched 😂
