Crosswind's Schipperkes

Can you tell that I LOVE bringing young people into my favorite breed?
At a recent show, Gideon, Addy, and Sophie all arrived at the junior showmanship ring wearing the exact same color outfits!! The best part was they hadn't planned it before hand 😂

I LOVE seeing my dogs doing so well with their young junior handlers!

Annalise Watkins was chosen as Reserve Best Junior Handler out of a very large lineup of extremely talented juniors at the Citrus County dog show with AKC Champion Crosswind's Hurricane Warning (aka Rosie)!

Annalise has trained and shown Rosie herself, earning her championship at a previous show. Way to go Team Rosie!!

This is Corbin. He is an 11 mos old, full brother to the week old puppies in the previous post. He lives with a friend in Indiana. Yesterday Corbin and Kim won an Owner Handled group 1st! I am so very proud of the fantastic team they are becoming

Show dogs are pets, first and foremost. Just a girl and her dog.

People watching at the very busy Denver airport. This shows the excellent temperament of a well bred, appropriately socialized schipperke. Only time she was in her transport bag was when she was in the plane. Walked through TSA, the throngs of people and was perfect on the transport trams. I couldn't ask for a better traveling companion ♥️✈️
