It takes a village and I'm desperately asking mine to spread the word!

This lil guy was running and playing with all the dogs at the Westland Dog Park last week. A fun day....until sadness set in.

All the dogs were leashed up and heading home with their owners, until one owner realized this lil guy had NO ONE with him. Nobody taking him home to feed his hungry belly and rest on a warm bed. Kind of had the look on his precious face like the kid not picked up after a baseball game. Just sitting and sadly waiting for his owners to take him home. Nope. ANOTHER DUMPED DOG. Disregarded like trash!

Our HEROS of the Wayne County Sheriff's Department picked him up and he's being cared for and safe until a foster/adopter can be found. Is that you?

Please help and consider fostering OR adopting this meat-head! He's loveable, and just wants to be by people. NO DOG SHOULD EVER BE LEFT BEHIND!

Michelle is the Founder of PAAW and Avocato CatfΓ© and Adoption Center! She and Laura Kuchinski have been friends and rescue sisters for over 25 years.

Michelle is our biggest cheerleader and very instrumental for our upcoming Cat/Kitten Spay & Neuter clinic at Tail Waggers!
