🐾 WE’RE HIRING — WEEKEND KENNEL HELP! 🐾

Dolly’s Doos Grooming & Boarding is looking for a reliable, dependable animal lover to join our weekend kennel team!

This position is Saturday & Sunday with a split schedule:

🌅 Morning: Approximately 2 hours
🌇 Evening: Approximately 2 hours

Our boarding check-in/check-out times are 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, so you’ll need to arrive before those times to let the dogs out, feed and care for them, clean kennels and common areas, and have everything ready for arrivals and departures.

💰 This position is paid a set salary for weekend coverage, not hourly.

⭐ Because we care for boarding dogs 365 days a year, availability for most major holidays is important. Holiday schedules will be coordinated in advance.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable handling dogs, takes pride in keeping things clean, and understands that the dogs depend on us to be there on time.

In Loving Memory of Loretta Sanchez

It is with very heavy hearts that we share the passing of a very special member of our Dolly’s Doos Grooming & Boarding family, Loretta Sanchez.

For roughly 3½ years, Loretta was the heart of our boarding kennel. If your dog has stayed with us, chances are Loretta helped care for them, talked to them, walked with them, played with them, and most importantly, loved them.

For Loretta, these dogs were never “just dogs” and this was never just a job. She gave the animals entrusted to us genuine, unconditional love, and our entire Dolly’s Doos crew is going to miss her tremendously.

Right now, we want to surround Loretta’s son, Frank Sanchez, and her family with the same love and support Loretta gave to so many others.

Her family has immediate expenses, including approximately $1,600 for her cremation, as well as expenses associated with funeral arrangements and a celebration of her life.

Our Trainer has a couple spots open!!

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be working on:

🐾 Basic obedience & communication
🐾 Structure and boundaries in the home
🐾 Resource-guarding behavior
🐾 Building confidence around new environments
🐾 Proper exposure and socialization
🐾 Teaching them how to coexist more successfully

Behavior modification isn’t just about stopping unwanted behavior. We want these girls to become more confident, predictable companions while giving their owners the tools to maintain that progress when they return home.

We’ll be sharing their journey, so stay tuned! 👀
