Cottonwood Riding Club Cottonwood Riding Club is a large family oriented horse community! We welcome riders of all levels and with all horse dreams. Please reach out for a tour!

We would love to share our home with you! Cottonwood Riding Club is a 100-acre equestrian facility just south of Denver, Colorado. We cater to the “hobbyist” in all riding disciplines--English, Western and Polo. We offer professional training, instruction, sale horses and schooling shows in a relaxed non-competitive atmosphere. With 4 outdoor arenas (one lighted for night time riding), 4 regulatio

n lunging pens, a 270’x 80’ lighted indoor arena, a cross country course, pro shop, and clubhouse, we are also adjacent to Chatfield State Park and the Highline Canal, which gives us access to miles of beautiful trails lined with 100-year-old Cottonwood trees.

We are so excited to introduce you to Dani, and her sweet mare, Rey! Here’s what Dani has to say about their partnership in her own words:

“My name is Dani, I’ve been riding since I was 10 years old and it’s always been a passion of mine. Fast forward to my adult years and I recently got back into riding after a 10 year break, it was a struggle to get back into the swing of things but I did and began jumping again which was my passion. I had leased a horse through Cottonwood and through the community and support there felt ready to buy my own horse, one day Sam told me she had the perfect horse for me and this mare just “needed her person”, our first lesson together we jumped two jumps perfectly and I fell in love with Rey, an off the track thoroughbred. It’s been a little over a year since I’ve had Rey now and we love jumping together - even did our first show this year and we’re getting into trail riding too. I love how Rey has helped me build confidence and be a better rider and horse owner, she keeps me on my toes with her occasional sass but all in all is such a sweetheart and my partner in crime!!”

We have loved watching Dani and Rey develop their partnership, and can’t wait to see what the future has in store for this pair! Be sure to say hello when you see them around the barn!
