MEET OUR STAFF!

Sara Sutherland joined our SouthPark "Reception" team in July 2018. Sara is a Colorado native who is surrounded by her loving family and friends and values being active in her community. She has had a variety of experiences including running a farm for several years near Winter Park, Colorado, where she was in charge of all the farm animals. Sara is also an artist specializing in stained glass art. When Sara is working, you will be met with her beautiful smile when you walk in our doors!

MEET OUR STAFF

Jennifer Walter is part of our Reception Team; her ebullient personality will draw you in and beg you to return with photos and stories about your pet. She worked for over 5 years at Broadway Estates Veterinary Clinic and became part of our original team when we opened our doors in May 2011. Jen's personal concern for your pet will comfort you even during the most difficult clinic appointment. She loves photography and, in fact, an adorable shot of her pug, Billie, hangs just outside of Exam Room 1. Jen is a strong advocate for animals and gets involved with community events - perhaps you'll bump into her next year at the Furry Scurry.

MEET OUR STAFF!

Erin Munoz is an experienced veterinary technician who joined the SouthPark Animal Clinic technician team in August 2019 and is our new and current Office Manager as of January 2020. Erin, her husband, 3 kids and Great Dane moved to Colorado from Texas in 2018 and so far, is convinced that the Colorado climate is a little easier to deal with than the Texas climate. They have since added 2 kitties and a husky to their family. Her family loves to camp and explore the Colorado mountains.She is excited to serve the clients and patients here at SouthPark as the new office manager, and is always available for any questions or concerns.

MEET OUR STAFF!

Dr. Mary Anne Smith is a Denver native and she graduated from Colorado State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1978. After graduation she returned to the Denver Metro area and for over 40 years Dr. Mary Anne has walked along side pet owners through the excitement of their new puppy, through the worry of illness and surgery, and even through the sadness of their pet's passing. Her compassion and dedication to both her clients and her patients is unsurpassed! She is notably skilled in companion animal medicine and surgery. She has worked as an associate and emergency veterinarian and also was partner/owner of Arapahoe Veterinary Hospital in Littleton. Dr. Mary Anne recently retired from veterinary medicine in April 2019, but you still might occasionally see her around as she takes on a day or two to help us out. Now that she is retired, she will have much more time doing all the things she loves: gardening, hiking, camping, spending time on her friend's ranch.....but especially spending time with her chickens.

Meet our staff!

Dr. Nikki Wise graduated from the CSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2019 and is excited to begin putting into practice all she has learned. She loves preventative and wellness care, surgery, internal medicine and dentistry, but is especially excited to develop lasting relationships with clients and their pets. Originally from Pennsylvania, she and her husband have recently moved into the Denver Metro area with their Bernese Mountain Dog, Chickie. In her free time she loves working with Chickie in dog sports such as Nose Work and Drafting. She also loves spending time with her family hiking and camping in the mountains, as well as painting and photography.

Dr. Nikki started with us at SouthPark May 2019 and has already grown an outstanding clientele. She loves all of her furry patients and she truly has a heart of gold.
