We're excited to announce that Swan Lake Stables is now using EventPass for all horse health documents. Using EventPass will dramatically speed up the check-in process and help get everyone settled more quickly. While it won't be mandatory for the next couple of shows, we highly recommend exhibitors upload their documents in advance to make arrival as smooth as possible. Check out the information in the flyer to learn how to get started and make your next check-in even easier.

✨ We’re hitting the road! ✨

Equine Essentials at Narrow Gauge Farm is so excited to be heading to Swan Lake next week for two weeks for the St. Christopher’s & Blue Rock Classic! 🎉
We’re looking forward to two beautiful weeks in Pennsylvania and can’t wait to see so many new (and familiar!) faces. 🐴💙 Our trailer will be fully stocked and ready with all your must-haves (and plenty of wants 😉), so be sure to come find us ringside!

Important Biosecurity Update – EHV-1/EHM Protocols

In response to the current EHV-1/EHM outbreak, and in consultation with our show veterinarian and state officials, we are implementing the following mandatory requirements to protect the health and safety of all horses on the property:

Entry Requirements
* Temperature log (twice daily) for 3 days prior to arrival. Temperature log must be MAINTAINED DAILY while your horse is on the property
* Health certificate dated within 3 days of arrival

Show-Specific Health Certificate Deadlines
* Local Show: Health certificate dated no earlier than Wednesday, April 29 + 3-day temp log
* Saint Chris: Health certificate dated no earlier than May 1 + 3-day temp log
* Blue Rock: Health certificate dated no earlier than May 8 + 3-day temp log

Horses attending both Saint Chris and Blue Rock do not need an additional health certificate — however, a new 3-day temperature log is required.

Biosecurity Guidelines (Strictly Enforced)
* Do not share tack or equipment
* Do not pet horses that are not your own
* Clean stalls daily
* Follow all standard biosecurity best practices
* If your horse develops a fever, notify the show veterinarian immediately.

There will be personnel at the entrance checking all documentation. Horses without proper paperwork will not be permitted on the grounds.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in keeping our horses safe and our shows running smoothly.
