Today marks the start of Veterinary Technician appreciation week! At Cantrell Animal Clinic we appreciate our entire staff, and we are kicking off this week by celebrating with a safari theme (decorations courtesy of the best practice manager ever, Ms. Savannah)! Our staff will receive goodies each day in appreciation of all of the countless hours of hard work and the love that they give to our patients. We have a truly amazing team, and we could not be more grateful! Be sure to drop a comment below for the veterinary staff and tell them about the difference that they make! ~❤️ Dr. S

MEET YOUR MATCH MONDAY 🐾🐾

Arlo is a 1 year old, 75lb labradoodle available for adoption at Little Rock Animal Village.
Like most doodles, he’s super sweet and has tons of energy, so he would love a home where he can get plenty of exercise!
His former owner says he’s good with dogs, cats, and kids, and he’s housetrained and crate trained.
They also said he “may have separation anxiety”. We don’t know what that means but he comes with a free training session from local trainer, Carrie Kessler!
Meet Arlo at 4500 Kramer St, Tuesday- Saturday. You don’t need an appointment.

His neuter, shots, microchip, and heartworm test plus treatment at our clinic if needed, are all included in his $90 adoption fee!

MEET YOUR MATCH MONDAY 🐾🐾

Ryder entered Little Rock Animal Village with an infected ear. He’s on antibiotics but he would heal so much faster in a home.
He’s super potty trained, and being kenneled 24/7 only adds to his stress.
Ryder is a 4-ish year old Lab mix who’s shy, very gentle, and very loving once you earn his trust.
He would love a patient, loving home where he can decompress and heal.
Meet Ryder at 4500 Kramer St.
You don’t need an appointment.
His neuter, shots, microchip, and heartworm test plus treatment if needed are all included in his $90 adoption fee.
The shelter will also provide you with meds for his ear.
If you have questions about Ryder, call Friends of the Animal Village at 501-725-0250

🐾 BIG NEWS: BOARDING AND DAYCARE ARE BACK AT CANTRELL ANIMAL CLINIC!

We’re so excited to announce that boarding and daycare officially reopen October 26!

We’ve been waiting to reopen until we found the right person to lead our boarding and daycare program—and we found her! ❤️

Meet Hayley, our new Boarding Manager! Hayley has worked in veterinary medicine for over 18 years and graduated from the Veterinary Technician Program at ASU-Beebe in 2008. She has a lifelong love for animals and is excited to bring her experience and passion to our newly reopened boarding program.

Her goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, loved, and right at home while they’re in our care.

Hayley has three fur babies at home — her Pitbull, Lulu, and her two cats, Hannah and Oscar. She loves spending time with her adult kid when they’re home from college.

And because when your pet boards with us they are staying right here at Cantrell, they can see their regular veterinarian, update vaccines, or even get groomed while they’re with us!

Board. Vet. Groom. All in one place. 🐾

📅 Boarding and daycare opens October 26!

We are so excited to have Hayley caring for your furry family members! Please share and spread the word!
