Great weekend in Colorado at Giant Chinchilla Nationals and PPRBA spring spectacular. For the Giant Chinchilla Nationals 3 of the 6 class winners were from our barn, Best Intermediate, Best Junior, and best fur. Best of Breed went to "SLPK12" AKA Pancake, exhibited by Cason, who opted not to show by himself in youth, but show the adults how it was done. Also picked up multiple Best of Breeds in Silver Martens (Blacks and a Chocolate) as well as 3 Best of Breeds for Silver Linings "Marie Laveau" Black Checkered Giant doe. Also acquired new breeding stock in Silvers (Blacks and Fawn) as our new endeavor.

Great day at the MBBA show in Mitchell, NE today. Had lots of competition in Checkered Giants, Giant Chinchillas, and Silver Martens. Silver Linings "Juniper" took home a Best in Show. Great comradery with breeders in all three breeds, from Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado and Wyoming. (there were as many Silver Martens today as Mini Rex and Holland Lops!)

Great day today at the CARS show. Silver Linings "Tortuga" picked up 2 Best of Breeds and a Best Opposite. Silver Linings "Juniper" won a Best of Breed and 2 Best Opposite of Breed. How fitting to have a chocolate do well on Valentine's Day 🍫💝

Great wrap up to the 2025 show season at the CARS show in Longmont, CO. Had 2 BOB Tan wins and 3 BOB Silver Marten. To top it all off Silver Linings "Malachite" got an honorable mention in Show B, and Silver Linings "Elvira" got Best In Show B!!

Due to a mishap in the barn this weekend we have a convention entry that needs switched in the Silver Martens. If you're interested in a Chocolate doe, here's your chance. She's young, DOB 8/6/25, but promising. Can come to Indianapolis, if spoken for before tomorrow afternoon. Message for more details.
