Welcome to the team, Emma! We’re so excited to have you joining our team at Lincoln Hills Veterinarian Hospital as our new Floor Tech Assistant!

Bio:
I am currently attending Yuba College, where I am pursuing my associate degree in veterinary medicine with the goal of becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT). Although I am at the beginning of my professional veterinary career, my passion for animal care has been a lifelong pursuit.

My love for animals began as a child, when I would rescue animals alongside my mom. That early experience grew into a passion that I continued to pursue throughout high school and into college. Along the way, I have gained valuable hands-on experience working with animals in local shelters, veterinary hospitals, and on a horse ranch.

One of my favorite aspects of working in veterinary medicine is the opportunity to care for animals of all sizes. I especially enjoy working with large animals, including horses and cattle, and appreciate the unique challenges and rewards that come with caring for them.

Outside of work and school, I enjoy writing, drawing, and reading. I also love spending time with my friends, family, and my two cats, Skye and Timon.
