Many of you had met Squid or learned all about his story. He was being fostered with our practice manager, Katie. He was truly the perfect advocate for Italian Greyhounds and educating people on their uniqueness.

We are so happy announce that he has found his forever home. He has been settling in great with his bigger siblings and everyone agrees that blanket snuggles are the best snuggles. We will miss you Squid! We are so happy to see you thriving 💙

He is now an alumni of the NE/IA Italian Greyhound Rescue. Thank you to Katie for all your hard work over the last 14m of helping him recover and learn to socialize kindly with others.

Big congratulations to Monty on finishing his chemotherapy! 🎉

It’s never an easy journey, but Monty has shown incredible strength every step of the way. After bravely undergoing a leg amputation to remove an osteosarcoma, he powered through his chemo treatments like a champ—and he’s doing great as a happy, resilient tripod!

We’re so proud of you, Monty, and we’re cheering you on as you continue your recovery! 💙🐾
