Kenl Innis devoted to providing the best possible care for your pet with trained staff, personal attention, special activities, and state-of-the-art comfortable and secure facilities. Our office hours are firm and there are no exceptions. Once your pet is boarding with us he becomes an important part of what happens on a daily basis. They are accustomed to potty times, feeding times, nap times, etc. Each disruption to that routine becomes an added stress factor that some pets do not deal well with. The pets in our care are on a regular routine, which becomes very important to their comfort and well-being. In order for our staff to efficiently and effectively deliver the appropriate care it is important that they not have to deal with distractions that they are unable to handle. Your pet is being cared for every day of the year at Kenl Inn. Several staff members are in (and around) the facility daily, in several shifts from 6:00am until 10pm. For the security of your pet and our staff, our employees are prohibited from allowing public entry outside our normal open hours. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting these policies.
