It has been such an amazing experience working with Obsidian the black dragon Asian water monitor. This little was only 4 weeks old when we first met, and was already incredibly social wanting to interact with people in the attached video. Appetite is insatiable and growing like crazy! We're already making amazing progress with harness training and hopefully will be making an appearance at an expo soon to make some friends and socialize!

We have been making some amazing progress socializing the baby Kim's, so they were ready for their new enclosure! Varanus Glauerti are a dwarf monitor species originating from northern Australia that love squeezing in tight spaces between rocks. They are a highly intelligent, active and social species. We have had an immense amount of pleasure working with these amazing animals.
