This years 2026 Pooch Playoffs winner for Lincoln, NE is Mia! She was the last dog to sign up and enter the competition and boy did it pay off! Her session was done at home with her Mama cheering her on to look at the camera and give us the most incredible smile! Way to go MIA!!! Thank you to everyone who stepped up to join in the competition this year! I know things are tight for everyone, everywhere but the support we can give back into our community is ALWAYS IMPORTANT! Thank you to Nebraska No Kill Canine Rescue for always being a delight to work with and I'm so excited as the owner of JD Imagery Lincoln to give you a check for all the money we raised this year!

Meet R***r 🐾
R***r is a 5-year-old yellow Lab with an all-American birthday—he was born on the 4th of July! And fittingly, fireworks don’t bother him one bit. While other pups may hide, R***r is cool, calm, and ready to celebrate 🎆

This lovable guy is happiest when he’s spending time with his people. He loves playing with kids, splashing around in the water, and cuddling up for some well-earned affection. Sweet and easygoing, R***r’s best trait is simply how loving he is with everyone he meets.

Food is definitely the way to his heart—he’s highly motivated by snacks and is always hopeful for a few extra scraps from the table. Baths, however? That’s a different story… they’re not exactly his favorite activity 😄

Friendly, laid-back, and full of love, R***r is the perfect mix of playful companion and cuddle buddy 💛

Meet Mia 🐾
Mia is a beautiful 32-pound Keeshond with a second-chance story—rescued from another family and now living her best life with the people who adore her 💛

With her striking black coat mixed with splashes of white and cream, Mia turns heads wherever she goes. But it’s her goofy, playful personality that really steals the spotlight. When she’s having fun, she’ll chase mom and dad around, “talking” the whole time and making sure everyone knows she’s having the best time.

Mia likes to do things on her terms—she might respond to “stay”… but mostly, she prefers to be the one giving the commands 😄 She’s curious in new situations and loves to investigate what’s going on, all while keeping a watchful eye on her surroundings.

This chatty girl always makes her needs known—whether she’s ready for a walk, a car ride, or snack time. She’s also known for stashing bones outside and coming back days later to enjoy her hidden treasures.

While loud noises like fireworks and thunder aren’t her favorite, treats are definitely the way to her heart. Sweet, expressive, and full of personality, Mia keeps her family laughing and completely wrapped around her paw 🖤✨

Jet is a 7-month-old mantle Great Dane with a gentle heart and a face that can melt anyone instantly 💛 Born right at home, Jet came straight from his momma and has been soaking up love ever since.

This sweet boy enjoys the simple things in life—chew bones, tasty treats, and even a little time playing in the dirt. While he may grow into a giant, Jet’s personality is all soft and tender. His family describes him as the sweetest, most loving, and gentle boy you’ll ever meet.

Unlike his bold counterparts, Jet is more of a sensitive soul. New things? A little scary. Loud sounds? Also scary. Honestly… just about everything can make him cautious. But that shy nature only adds to his charm, and once he feels safe, his affectionate personality truly shines.

Sweet, gentle, and impossibly lovable—Jet is the kind of big puppy who steals hearts everywhere he goes 🖤

Meet Onyx 🐾
Onyx is a 7-month-old Harlequin Great Dane with a larger-than-life personality and a goofy charm that keeps everyone laughing 💛 Bred from his momma and raised by his devoted family, this big pup is already making a huge impression.

Fearless and full of curiosity, Onyx believes everything is a toy—socks, shoes, furniture cushions, plastic cups from Off the Leash Dog Bar… if he can grab it, it’s fair game! He’s even been known to create secret stockpiles of treasures (with the occasional bone mixed in for good measure 😄).

Despite his growing size, Onyx is a total momma’s boy. He loves staying close and proudly serves as her shadow wherever she goes. His expressive eyes, silly antics, and fearless attitude make him endlessly entertaining and impossible not to love.

Big, bold, and hilariously mischievous—Onyx is already proving that life with a Great Dane is never boring 🖤
