Eddie is one of our OGs (scroll back far enough and you’ll find him in one of our very first glamour shots! 📸), and we were SO happy to spend part of his special day pampering him! 🫧✨
While we’re celebrating, we want to take a moment to recognize just how far this handsome boy has come! 💙
When Eddie first visited our salon, past grooming experiences had left him understandably hesitant to trust. Grooming was a challenge for him, and even completing a service took a lot of patience, reassurance, and teamwork.
Thankfully, Eddie has an absolute rock star of a dad who understood that re-building trust takes time, and was willing to give us that time 😌 With his commitment to regular visits and the patience and dedication of our grooming team, Eddie has had the opportunity to learn, at his own pace, that grooming doesn’t have to be something to fear.
And today? His best visit yet!! 🥹👏
We’re incredibly proud of this beautiful, strong-willed boy and the progress he’s made. Moments like these remind us why taking the time to build positive relationships with the pets in our care matters so, so much.
Trust isn’t built in a day, but every positive experience is another step forward.
