🐴🩵Be A Part of the Paradox Country Farm IEA Team! 🩵🐴

The Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) gives riders in grades 4-12 the opportunity to compete on a team, develop their horsemanship, and build lifelong friendships… all without needing to own or lease a horse.

In IEA competition, riders draw horses provided by the host team, making success about skill, adaptability, and horsemanship rather than the horse you ride.

But IEA is about so much more than horse shows.

✨ Learning to ride unfamiliar horses builds confidence and versatility.

✨ Riders develop sportsmanship, responsibility, and teamwork.

✨ Team members cheer each other on, celebrate successes together, and support one another through challenges.

✨ Friendships are formed in the barn, on the road to horse shows, and while representing something bigger than themselves…. a team that believes in you and wants to help you grow!

You do NOT need to currently ride at Paradox Country Farm to join our IEA Team. Our team is open to riders from any barn who are interested in competing, learning, and being part of a supportive equestrian community.

We look forward to the laughs during team practices, the encouragement from teammates before a class, and the pride of watching riders grow together throughout the season.

Our IEA team is a place where riders learn, compete, support one another, and create memories that last long after the show season ends.

Despite the rain, it was all smiles for the cutest riders on Dixie and Cookie today at Devon for Leadline. Congrats to all 4 riders!!!!

A very special congrats to our own PCF Riders, Tala and Sophia. These young ladies have been working hard for this show and we are so incredibly proud of both of them!!!

Sophia, her mom, Alexis, and Heart of Dixie earned a SECOND place in the Leadline 4-5 year old class! 🩵🩵 We all know Sophia’s contagious smile and personality and I’m sure she projected her love of horses directly into the judge’s hearts.

Special thank you to Abby, for braiding Dixie and being a soaking wet groom with Kim today!

Hi PCF Families! Quick reminder to sign up to volunteer for our Derby @ the Vineyard at Penns Woods Winery (5/16 & 5/17), plus we desperately need help for Derby SETUP day on 5/14 and could really use extra hands after (or before) 3:30!

These events directly support our horses’ care and the upkeep of the tack and equipment riders use every lesson. Your time truly makes a difference! 🩵

Volunteers receive 2 admission wristbands to the Exhibitor Entrance and Parking. Bring a friend, help out and enjoy the beautiful day!
