**IMPORTANT UPDATE 🐾** Mountain View Pet Care is currently closed until further notice and will not be able to acc-ommodate boarding reservations this time. After careful consider6ation, I have made the tough decision pause operations to evaluate and restructure the future direction of the business. My commitment has always been to provide the highest level of care and attention for every pet entrusted to me. As a result of this change, all previously reservations will need to be rescheduled with another facility. For clients seeking boarding or veterinary services, I recommend contacting Sanders Animal Hospital or Park Your Paws, both of which are reputable facilities that may assist with your pet care needs. Temporary Closure Announcement
Mountain View Pet Care will be temporarily closed as we evaluate and restructure operations.
Over the past several months, internal staffing changes have created instability that does not reflect the standards of care and professionalism we are committed to providing. Rather than operate in a way that feels less than excellent, we have chosen to pause services while we assess next steps.
There are no regulatory actions or citations associated with this decision. This is a proactive business choice to protect the integrity of our work and the trust of our clients.
We are deeply grateful to the families who have entrusted us with their dogs over the years. Updates regarding future operations will be posted here.
