portunities, Braemar Farm Equestrian Center consist of 2 barns- the “Courtyard Barn” and the “Polo Barn” with the following amenities:
The Courtyard Barn:
-17 large, lovely, rubber matted stalls, with automatic waterers and windows/stall doors to allow your horses to look out and socialize.
-Indoor arena with sand/rubber footing.
-temperature controlled viewing room next to indoor arena
-2 indoor, heated, wash racks with hot & cold water.
-Tack room/ lounge area with bathroom.
-Blanket storage room
-Laundry service for all boarders.
-Accessibility to large outdoor sand arena.
-Five large pasture fields with lush grass and water troughs in each field.
-Feeding 2x daily
-Complementary trailer parking
-Staff on site 24/7. The “Polo Barn” consist of:
-12, mid-sized rubber matted stalls, with automatic waterers.
-Indoor wash rack with hot & cold water.
-Tack storage area.
-Bathroom.
-Hot walker.
-Outdoor wash rack.
-Two small paddocks with a lean-to.
-Two large pasture fields.
-Complimentary trailer parking.
-FULL ACCESS to indoor arena, outdoor arena, and all riding options.
-Partial care, self care, and work in exchange for board options available. Services offered at additional charges include:
