Pure exhaustion at 5:05 AM from getting up every two hours to give morphine to my grandfatheršŸ˜­ told my daughter yesterday we need to take photos of Ripley because today she is 2 years old, but these arenā€™t the ones I was looking for lol

sleeping through my own alarm, which never happens with my dog only to be woken up by a flashšŸ˜«

Just a bad day all around and Iā€™m soaking wet and cold and miserable. Being a parent is difficult being a parent and a caregiver on top of your day today responsibilities itā€™s beyond tiring and frustrating. I do not begrudge my grandfather so please donā€™t think so not angry at my dog either and yes, Ripley joined in. They were both covered in blood. Itā€™s the hunt thatā€™s exciting for them for sure. If I had just gone out to feed everybody, they wouldā€™ve been inside the greenhouse safe, but Hospice in the house this morning, and I was being distracted as we were trying to clean things up and figure out medicationā€˜s and all that jazzšŸ˜« hope everybodyā€™s going through anything even if itā€™s not similar is able to pull their boot straps and get through the day.

8:50 PM and Iā€™m like over the moon and sound like an idiot, but it is so annoying that I havenā€™t had a swimmer since AnsonšŸ’” sheā€™s still scared of death to be in the vehicle and get sick all the time, but if we could just make it for a short ride down to the local water source, it might be worth itšŸ«¶šŸ¼

I wish I got it on camera! He jumped up on my shoulder, put his head down just looking at my little Muscovy and the Muscovy without hesitation bit him on the nose and he recoil down below like what the heckšŸ¤£šŸ¤£

When I started this page 4 years ago, I definitely did not think I would ever see 10,000 followers. People just watching me for the foolish and silly things my dogs do and yes, some cute puppies but just day-to-day life pulling out my camera and snapping 100 photos for one good shotšŸ˜‚ so far having this Instagram page has brought me to a new best friend someone who I view as a sister and some very dear ones who I consider my friends as well. Genuine people who do not even own one of my dogs. Made wonderful connections with people around the and when I wake up in the morning, I wonder how they are doing. Whether theyā€™re gonna play together or whoā€™s going to be in the bed, this whole exchange lasted less than a minute, and as Iā€™m posting this, neither one of them are in the bed or have the plastic that needs to go back in the trashcan.šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚
