I have been waiting months to share the future of Clemson Paw Partners.
Last, Thursday, May 28th, CPP purchased almost 3 acres of land. The address of the land is 1130 Greenville Hwy., Central. The closest landmark is the entrance of BASF.
The picture is an example of what we want to build and the square footage will be at least 5 thousand. Our current facility is 1700 sqft.
How did we pay for the land. We didn't borrow the money. We paid cash, from an investment account I started when CPP became a 501c3. We own the land free and clear.
Our goal is to offer affordable vet care, in addition to spay neuter. You will be able to bring your pet to CPP and receive services at an affordable price.
We will need your continued support and donations when we start a capital fundraising campaign. Details later.
If it wasn't for Pickens County SC County Council and Administrator Ken Roper, there wouldn't be a CPP. I am forever grateful to how far we have come.
When will we open. That depends on fundraising in a time where people are struggling. So stay tuned. And thank you for your continued support.
