One year gone. I have thought about and missed you every single day. My heart still hurts with the pain of your absence. I would give anything to hear you bark one more time or you rubbing against me and leaving hair all over me. My mind knows you're gone, but my heart doesn't. Yesterday, May 8th was Gracies(Rottweiler)12th birthday. April 30th, was Shea's(German shepherd) 12th birthday(her first in heaven). My heart skips a beat, my stomach flips and my eyes wells up with tears when I say there name. We take them in as babies, love them with everything we have even though we know we outlive them. I would live it over and over and over again just to have them back. Happy Heavenly birthday girls, I love you.

Well another year around the sun without my favorite person. my brother Kevin. I literally hate this day. After 37 years I can still hear your voice and see your beautiful face. There is nothing that can fill the void where you should have been all these years. I miss everything about you.
