END OF WATCH – K-9 BRITT 🖤🐾

Today, our hearts are heavy as the Seward County Sheriff’s Office says one final goodbye to one of our own, Retired K-9 Britt.

Britt was more than just a K-9. He was a loyal partner, a protector, a best friend, and most importantly, family.

Throughout his years of service, Britt proudly stood beside his handler, Bryan Flohr, building a bond that went far beyond the badge. A bond built on trust, loyalty, love, and countless memories that will last a lifetime.

Today, our hearts especially go out to Bryan. We know that saying goodbye to Britt means more than losing a K-9 partner. It means saying goodbye to a best friend, a family member, and a loyal companion who was always by his side.

Bryan, please know that your Sheriff’s Office family stands beside you during this difficult time. We know there are no words that can take away the pain of losing such a special companion, but we hope you find comfort in knowing that Britt was loved, appreciated, and will never be forgotten.

Rest easy, K-9 Britt. Your duty is done, your watch has ended, and you can now run free. Thank you for your loyalty, your courage, and your years of dedicated service to our department and community.

You may be gone from our sight, but your paw prints will forever remain in our hearts. 💙

K-9 BRITT – FOREVER OUR HERO.
