Hello ! We are having another Spay Neuter Clinic with Spay Montana in June and need accommodations for the veterinarians and their team.

If anyone has a home, Airbnb, or hotel they would like to provide for these folks from Friday, June 19, checking out Sunday, June 21st, KPFL and the community would appreciate it.

All donations are tax-deductible. We need 7 rooms, two of which need to be pet-friendly.

This is a wonderful service to the community, as we will offer low-cost spay and neutering, as well as vaccines and microchips. Please reach out to KPFL at 406-293-5735 if you can help.

We will also accept donations to go towards accommodations, food, and other needs for this event.

Together we can make a difference in pet overpopulation.🐾🐾

Just a reminder about our rummage sale this weekend! We already have some pretty neat stuff ready!

Too much stuff cluttering your house? Want to help a local shelter? Consider donating items to Kootenai Pets For Life's rummage sale!

Where: Kootenai Pets For Life (125 County Shop Rd, Libby)
When: May 15 & 16, 11am - 3pm

Come visit the animals and shop around while also contributing to the shelter!

We will be accepting public donations the week before: May 10-14.

That's a ball!!! I love balls. I'm a big boy who has a LOT of energy and if you have a ball I'm all about paying attention. I also love to swim and Kongs. I know sit, down and 'leave it' and am working on leash manners. I need a human who knows that life with a lab is FUN but it can also mean a lot of time together as we drain my energy. And, actually, I'm looking at a human who is eating...food is the next best thing to a ball!

I'm Aimee, I'm eleven years old and I'm a little lost. I loved my owner very much but he could no longer care for me. I used to come running when I heard the sound of his voice. He hasn't visited for a while. I want so much to be loved and the other day I let out just the littliest purr because love wins and they are so nice to me here. I like to be scratched behind the ears. I can be spicy but I also will play some if asked.

I'm Violet. Don't I look sweet? Quiet? Unassuming? Well. I'm not. I'm 8 months old and know exactly what I want. Mostly it's the nice lady who takes care of us and let me tell you, I do NOT share her with others! I'm not big but I AM mighty. Most of that is love though. It sort of just radiates out of me and I can't help it. I have to know you first though. Oh, there she is! Bye!

This is Tiny Dude, or TD. He is fantastic with children and loves people. He’s good with other dogs and cats. He is about 9-10 years old, neutered, and just needs his vaccines. He is a chihuahua mix, 15-20 lbs. He would do well in a home with one other dog, or as an only dog. Either a family or an elderly person/couple. He has some allergies to wheat but other than that, no health issues. He likes to “smile” at you and loves being in your lap on the couch or bed.

Piper is looking for a new home. She is 7 months old. Is up to date on all her vaccinations and has been spayed. She is a sweet girl who is very active and loves to play. She is outside most of the day and likes to come inside to take a nap. She does sleep inside her kennel at night. She is a German Shepherd and Great Pyreness. You take me walkies, please? I'm Junior. A HAPPY boy who is about a year and a half old and just wants to please. I've been to a trainer and it helped but I still need a human to go with it. That human will need to have some energy 'cause play will have to be part of what we do. Bummer, huh...I also would be awesome at agility or anything that requires my nose doing what it does best cause I'm part hound. No small children as I am just too much for the little ones. And no cats, please. They are just too tempting. Come see how much fun we could have together!

Hi! I'm fatty Patty (Patches) whose not so fatty anymore! I JUMPED here! All by myself! Don't worry there was a human standing by, awed by my leap. I've got a sashay to my walk and HIPS! I'm about 4 years old, love to be pet - on my terms and get along okay with other cats if they give me my space. I will purr and purr when I'm feeling good. I'll never be a cuddle kitty but I really am a great companion with lots of personality. And HIPS!

I'm Jig - a boy and I'm Mig - a girl. We're both sweet but very shy and never seen when there are people in the shelter. We're about 6 months old and when you DO find us, pet us, we purr and purr but it takes a minute. We would need a quiet home with someone who understands that the best things in life take time and love and patience.
