2️⃣ Give Us a Heads-Up: Let us know when scheduling that your kitty is nervous. We'll mark their chart to ensure their visit is tailored for a complete experience from start to finish!
3️⃣ We Set the Scene First: Before your cat even enters the room, environmental prep is already underway. Feline pheromone diffusers and a dedicated cat-only exam room help eliminate scary dog smells and noise stressors.
4️⃣ It's Okay to Pause: If your kitty reaches their stress limit during an exam, stopping the visit is actually a huge success! Pushing through can cause long-term trauma, so we’ll happily send home gentle, pre-visit calming medications and reschedule for a much easier second attempt.
