We and shelters all across the country want to place all available animals in our facility in a new homes in just one day. Nationwide, shelters are over crowded this time of year. NBC and our very own WIS recognize this need and want to help by publicizing this great event. Please share and encourage folks to adopt a shelter pet on July 23 if not before. Thanks.
