❗️❗️❗️Baker has some important things to share with everyone.❗️❗️❗️
We are very blessed with such loyal supportive clients, so much so that we are finding ourselves extremely busy! While this is a good thing, it also means we are going to have to make some changes.
Historically we have taken walk-in's & work-in's as we hate to turn anyone away. However, due to the sheer number of appointments we have daily, we will no longer be able to offer last-minute work-in's. It is extremely difficult to provide the best care possible while maintaining a healthy work environment for our staff. As humans we can only do so much without sacrificing our mental, physical, and emotional health.
***We will continue to see emergencies as long as we are able. Please note these slots will be reserved for true emergencies.***
If you have a sick or injured pet, please call us! We can help figure out if the problem is a true emergency or if it is something that can be scheduled in a day or two. This also means that if your pet is limping or not eating or vomiting, call sooner rather than later. For example, a pet who has not been eating for a week IS an emergency but also is something that should have been addressed before 7 days of sickness.
To our clients with scheduled appointments, please be patient with us. We try to prioritize appointments so you are seen in a timely manner. However, sometimes there are emergencies that can put us behind. Most of our dear clients are so very understanding, but there have been a few who have been less than kind about their wait. We get it, I promise. Just know we are doing our best! 🙏
We appreciate each and every one of you guys who continue to support us and allow us to serve you! ❤️❤️❤️
