Competing at Burghley a few weeks ago there were dozens of home grown English riders. There seem to be about 10-11 home grown USA riders entered at the USA fall 5 star, Fair Hill.

The USA has a population of about 342 million, Great Britain about 69 million.

Somehow the USA feeder system is not getting it done---Any thoughts about why not?

Chuck Insko services both English and Western saddles. Chucks family has been creating custom saddles for generations. experience and knowledge has been handed down from father to son, Chucks custom work is truly an art!

We will also be measuring for custom halters and name plates. You may want to get your orders in early for Christmas!

Haul ins are welcome! Arenas and jumps will be open if you would like to try out minor adjustments on your saddles.

Marimac Tack Shack, operated by Abby McKinley, is set to open in late July!

We specialize in consigning high-end, pre-owned tack and saddles, offering both online and in-person sales options.

Our facility serves as a hub for buyers and sellers to connect, featuring arenas where you can try out saddles and gear before making a purchase. Try out a saddle over jumps, or on a dressage court. test fit pads and other equipment.

We eliminate the complexities of shipping, deposits, and returns. An independent saddle fitter will be available bi-weekly to provide expert measurements, repairs, and reflocking options tailored to your horse's specific needs.

Bring your trainer and find the ideal gear for your horse. Please note that appointments are currently required. We also will offer financing and layaway options, making it an ideal time to start thinking about Christmas gifts. We look forward to welcoming you to Marimac Tack Shack soon!
