People are asking how i am after My Total Knee replacement surgery!
The pain is some of the worst pain i have ever had in my life, Even over dental work and natural child birth with no pain meds then .
The only comfort i get is snuggling my husband ,but then I always fall asleep on him in his arms. He says i snore and cry even in my sleep, he is so worried about me.
The meds make me sleepy and foggy headed, sometimes sick to my tummy . Im not eating a whole lot , again due to pain.
I have puppys to take care of thank goodness my husband and Daughter have been helping me. They are amazing. The pups are doing Great! I would be lost with these 2 people helping me.
Sleep is not good either , sleep when i can. It is not alot. Maybe 5 -6 hours aday. Spread out not straight. Ugh!
Swelling feels like my skin wants to rip apart to give it relief, the ice help sorta , but not as much as i thought it would.
Trying to keep up with 13 prescription to take just for this recovery.
Along with dealing with this surgery and recovery ,I lost my Biological Mother. She passed away on June 2, 2026.
