Still smiling from ear to ear after our first time at the Aaronsburg Dutch Fall Festival (and our horses’ tummies are still full from all the treats they received)! 🍂
To the incredible festival crew: THANK YOU for having us for the very first time. Putting together an event like this takes a mountain of work, and everything ran so smoothly. To everyone who showed up, wandered over, and spent part of your day hanging out with us and our equine crew, THANK YOU. We had an absolute blast, shared so many laughs, and truly enjoyed every single second of being part of this wonderful community gathering. We’re thankful to call this lovely community home!💕
Days like this remind us why we do what we do, sharing our passion and watching people light up around our herd is pure magic. Though, we have to laugh, all weekend long, parents would gently prompt their kids to 'say thank you,' and about 75% of the time, the kids would look right past us, walk up to the horse, and thank them instead. Honestly? We can’t blame them. The horses carried the team, did all the heavy lifting, and let’s be real, they are infinitely cuter than we are anyway! Casper, McCabe, Big John, Banjo, Copper, and Charm (the white horse used in the blacksmithing demo) all enjoyed the endless love and compassion from everyone who stopped by!
Thank you all for an amazing first year. Until next time!
To our Nittany Mountain Trail Ride Tribe: where would you like to see us next?! Comment below and we’ll see what we can make happen!
