After two days of form correction with the coaches of the Némethy School. One of the important rules we learned was that when you nock your arrow incorrectly, don’t fix it. Instead, start over, so that you train your body to only load correctly, and don’t train muscle memory for improper loading.

We had a great demo this afternoon at Frying Pan Farm Park’s Horse Expo! Thank you to everyone who came out to volunteer at the show today, to Applejack and SP for being great mounted archery demo ponies, and to the great audience at Frying Pan! We had a great time talking to visitors at our booth, and we’re excited to see some new faces at our upcoming intro clinics.
