So there I was, doing my thing. White trash Cesar Millan, if you will.

Just cruising through my training area when I accidentally step on this black snake, and the little bastard **BITES ME IN THE CALF.**

I jumped three feet in the air and made some extremely non-masculine sounds.

Anyway, I've made the difficult decision to rehome him.

He's a GREAT snake. I just don't have the time he deserves. This is absolutely no fault of his own. Usually he doesn't bite but today he had a bad attitude.

**$500 rehoming fee.** Serious inquiries only.

Needs lots of exercise. Not good with other snakes, cats, or unsuspecting grown men.

Luckily, Lucy had my back. A true man's best friend.

If you call me wanting to start dog training TOMORROW, I love the motivation!

But I'm usually booked at least a month out. And even if we started tomorrow, that's not how dog training works.

I'm not Harry Potter. I can't wave a wand, yell **"EXPECTO GOOD BEHAVIOR!"** and magically fix your dog overnight.

Good dog training takes time, consistency, and most importantly, OWNER EDUCATION.

A huge part of my programs is teaching YOU how dogs learn, why they behave the way they do, and how your everyday decisions affect their behavior.

If you go home and keep allowing the same behaviors, don't be surprised when you have the same problems that made you call me.

I've worked with over 1,000 owners, and I can count on one hand those who didn't achieve long-lasting results.

Show up. Listen. Practice. Put in the work. You'll be amazed at what you and your dog can accomplish.

First really cold morning here in WV, so here's my usual yearly cold weather post for the season.

If you left your dog outside freezing last night, or even worse, hooked to a damn tree, just know WE ARE NOT FRIENDS.

I hope you:

* Slip in a pile of dog s**t.
* Stub the same pinky toe twice.
* Get a foot cramp.
* Get diarrhea in a public place
* Get your car repossessed.
* Get audited by the IRS.
* Have your fridge die after grocery shopping.
* Step on Legos barefoot.
* Get a flat tire
* Clog a toilet at someone else's house.
* Get a popcorn kernel stuck in your teeth
* Your phone charger stops working.

And I hope **EVERY SOCK YOU EVER PUT ON IS SLIGHTLY WET.**

That's right. I said it.

To all my owners:

You’ll run into people against e-collars and pinch collars—even people close to you. You know why we chose these tools. You were there.

I didn’t yell “CLEAR!” and jump-start a rowdy Labrador. 😂

You watched me condition your dog, and you learned how to use it on me.

Never had a complaint about being too rough. Talking too fast? Another story…

Then come the comments:
“I prefer a long lead over shocking my dogs”
“That’ll make him fearful.”
“That collar is evil.”

Meanwhile, your dog is hiking, exploring, getting the zoomies—and coming back when called. Training opens up their world.

Wendy, enjoy your long line. If you’re here to announce that “I choose a long line over shocking dogs,” I’m not your guy. Go cry somewhere else.

Sometimes I wish I was a dog so I couldn’t read this dumb s**t.

This video simply DOES NOT happen without an e-collar and proper training.

Don't listen to these anti-e-collar clowns on the internet.

**Listen to how happy this owner is!** That's what it's all about.

If I were a dog, I'd 100% choose to be e-collar trained. And yes, I'd choose ME to do it.

I've done this over 1,000 times. I've seen what proper conditioning and good training can accomplish, sometimes in as little as ONE session.

But here's the thing. The e-collar isn't magic.

Knowing how to properly use it is what makes the difference. Long-lasting results come from good training and consistency.

Every single dog that comes through my programs learns the foundation for this kind of off-leash freedom and control.

Because dogs deserve more than a lifetime attached to a six-foot leash.

And hearing an owner this happy with their dog's progress? That's why I do what I do.

One of the best parts about boarding dogs I’ve trained is getting to see them again!

A LOT of time and work goes into training these dogs, and you really do build a bond with them along the way.

Sweet Marley is one of my favorites! She’s always so happy to be here, and I’m just as happy to have her back!
