Legend is 2–3 years old and 58 lbs of sweetness.

He is a gentle, affectionate, dog-friendly boy who starts out a little shy but becomes a loyal, loving companion. Once he’s comfortable, he enjoys playtime, outdoor adventures, and plenty of cozy couch time.

He does best with patient introductions and a calm, confident routine. An active home that enjoys walks, hikes, and continued training would be a great match. Legend loves other dogs and would be happy to share his home with a canine friend.

With 29 dogs here in Massachusetts and 12 more waiting for their second chance, we’ve reached our limit. 🐾

We can’t say yes to another dog until we make room. If you’ve been thinking about fostering or adopting, now is the time. Every dog who leaves for a foster or forever home opens a spot for another dog who desperately needs us. 🩷
