Ellie and I had a nice walk on this beautiful day. We even almost got to make friends with the neighborhood Kitty. Until Ellie remembered she's a dog and chased it away. That kitty really wanted to make friends with us because it sat across the street and meowed and meowed and as we walked by. We ended the visit with another round of sniff & treat. Ellie always finds them all. I love Ellie time.

This is Sherman, my favorite little lowrider. He made me earn his trust and I love that he has allowed me to do so.
Now that he is familiar with me, I am greeted by a happy boy and a waggy tail. I've been doing drop-in visits so that we can get to know each other better before my extended stay with him.
It's working and it makes my heart happy to see. He asked for belly rubs today and even gave me a couple of kisses!! We barked at the mailman together at the front door and I sang some songs to him. We packed a lot of love into this visit and it made my day. 🤗🥰
