Trick or Treat? How about a little something sweet!

Halloween candy is for humans, but that doesn’t mean our four-legged friends have to miss out on the fun!

Treat your pup to some homemade Pumpkin Pup Candy! These adorable frozen goodies are easy to make, delicious, and dog-friendly!

What you’ll need:

* ½ cup plain pumpkin purée
* ½ cup plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt
* Halloween-themed silicone molds

How to make them:

1. Mix the pumpkin purée and Greek yogurt until smooth.
2. Spoon the mixture into your favorite Halloween molds.
3. Freeze until solid, then pop them out for your pup to enjoy!

A little spooky-season safety tip: Always use 100% pure pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling, and make sure your yogurt contains no xylitol or other added sweeteners. Serve in small portions!

Because every good dog deserves a little Halloween magic!

Our Muscle Mutts are getting ready for their Halloween close-ups!

We’ll be taking Halloween photos Tuesday, October 20, through Friday, October 23! If your dog has a cute hat or a simple, easy-to-put-on costume, bring it along for their Muscle Mutts visit, we’d love to photograph them dressed for the occasion.

We’ll showcase their photos throughout the week leading up to Halloween. Pack their outfit and get ready to spot your pup!
