Hartley's Hounds Dog Training Hartley's Hounds Dog Training provides obedience, behavior and puppy training, as well as virtual coaching consultations.

We offer free evaluations to help you learn more about how we can help you and your dog. Micronesian Muttz Dog Training started in 2013 by Jon and Ruthie Hartley. Jon earned a BA in Sales and Marketing from the University of Providence in 2003. He began dog training professionally for Sit Means Sit-Houston in 2011. His wife, Ruthie graduated from the University of Houston with a BA in Education in

2007. She began her dog training profession as a volunteer for Sit Means Sit-Houston in 2012. Micronesian Muttz is a member of The International Association of Canine Professionals, AKC CGC Evaluators, Pet First Aid & CPR Certified and holds a Guam business license. They continue their dog training education by attending dog training workshops in the U.S. mainland, participate in dog training and behavior webinars, actively partake in private forums for professional dog trainers, and take time to read and discuss dog psychology and training literature. Jon and Ruthie live in Guam with their three year old daughter and four dogs, Halyn, Texas, Brodi and Aiya.
