**RACHEL NEEDS $400 IN SPONSORSHIP
HER CHANCE TO LEAVE THE SHELTER DEPENDS ON IT.**
We are heartbroken. Our pleas for sponsorship are not bringing in the donations needed to save these dogs.
A Shelter Friend is struggling. Veterinary bills, food, and boarding costs keep rising, and **we now owe $17,000 to our veterinarian.** We cannot keep taking on more animals without the funds to care for them.
That means a heartbreaking reality: **until a dog is sponsored, we cannot bring them out of the shelter. Dogs left behind may be euthanized.**
Rachel deserves a chance. Her $400 sponsorship will help cover the care she needs to leave the shelter and move toward a new life.
**Please help us open that door for Rachel. Any amount brings her closer to safety.**

10/15-Cookie is back- at zero fault of her own! One of the resident dogs just didn’t like her 💔

📍 Lancaster County Animal Shelter, SC. AT MAX CAPACITY

Meet 🍪 Cookie
Cookie was surrendered to the shelter alongside Nyla and Remi. However, Cookie is the youngest and the most emaciated of the three. They had been living their lives in kennels, rarely let out, and covered in their own filth. Despite that, Cookie is nothing but kind. She is a sweet, timid soul. Shy at first, she warms up quickly.

She is heartworm negative, dog friendly, and ready to fall in love…. With her true furever home 💕
