We started out strong at Kentucky a couple of weeks ago, but mid course ran into some trouble (which I am bummed Equireel didn’t capture because I don’t just want to see a highlight reel)! I’m very proud of this young horse and am very positive that we haven’t even scratched the surface yet..slow and steady, always working on tweaking the inputs until the output is just right 💪

12 year old me on my 19 year old TB “Captain Courageous” aka “Skipper”. This was Training level at this awesome event in Vermont I frequented “GMHA”. Skipper was my first true event horse, he was off the track and spicy and you couldn’t touch his mouth but he took me from BN to Training level between ages 11 and 13 and taught me how to be a quiet and trusting rider. I loved him and still think about him solidifying my love for the sport 30 years ago ❤️
