I ask my pet owners to wait 18 months or longer to have spays or neuters done. For males, its not medically necessary for a neuter. For females, its vital to be spayed, if they are not planned and purposefully bred, to keep pyometra from occurring. Hormones that are created by maturation of the s*x organs create healthier dogs and that's why we ask to wait for their full development, prior to surgical intervention.

Geraldine just won the AKC national for the bulldog breed. She will be on tv here soon tonight in the non-sporting group...

Geraldine just won the AKC national for the bulldog breed. She will be on tv here soon tonight in the non-sporting group eithin the hour roughly. Its already going on just non sporting is the last group to go in. Eduardo Paris is handling her today.
