!TOWELS NEEDED!🧺 Do you have any old towels laying around in closets? We will take them! At Leesburg Veterinary Hospital, part of our comfy cage set up for your pets is a towel. Towels come in handy every minute of every day here and we would greatly appreciate donations. Preferred towels are lightly colored and minimally stained. However, we find uses for any sort of towel: dark color, stained, etc. Please drop off donations at the front desk. Thank you!🤩🥰

Our furry patients have a very important announcement: Our beds are always cozy but we are running low on towels to dry off our favorite paws! 🧼🐶🐱
Leesburg Veterinary Hospital is looking for donations of gently used or new bath towels. Whether they’re plain, brightly colored, or have fun patterns, our dogs and cats aren't picky—they just love being cozy and clean!
If you have any extra towels gathering dust in your linen closet, please consider dropping them off at our front desk. Your furry friends thank you in advance with lots of tail wags and purrs! 🐕❤️🐈‍⬛

With temperatures continuing to climb, our shelter gets even warmer. While our staff works hard to keep every dog as cool and comfortable as possible, nothing compares to spending a few days in a loving, air-conditioned home.

A short-term foster for just a weekend can give a shelter dog a much-needed break from the kennel, help reduce stress, and keep them safe and comfortable during the hottest days. Even if you can only help for a couple of nights, it truly makes a difference.

We'll provide the supplies—you provide the couch, the love, and a cool place to relax. ❤️

VIP Boarding Kennel

We were excited to kick off the first of many continuing education sessions with our friends at VIP Boarding Kennel🐾
Today, Dr. Strickland provided an informative discussion on canine bloat (GDV), including what it is, why it occurs, and the early warning signs that every pet care professional should know.
By working together and sharing knowledge, we can help ensure that pets receive prompt attention when emergencies arise. This training will help the amazing VIP Boarding Facility team recognize potential emergency cases quickly and take action when every minute matters.
Thank you to the VIP team for your commitment to learning and providing outstanding care for the pets entrusted to you. We look forward to many more educational opportunities together!
